In this privacy policy, we describe how TeamWork processes personal data on our websites.

Personal data refers to any information that can be linked to you as an individual. This may include your name and contact details, as well as other information that can be indirectly associated with you. In this privacy policy, you can read about which personal data TeamWork is responsible for processing. It is important to us that you understand what kind of personal data we process so that you can exercise your rights under data protection legislation.

Data Controller

TeamWork, represented by its Managing Director, is the data controller for all processing of personal data where we determine the purpose of the processing and the means used. In this privacy policy, you can read more about the processing activities for which TeamWork is responsible.

When does TeamWork collect personal data?

We primarily process information about you in the following situations:

When you register for webinars, professional meetings, or courses
When you use any of our web-based tools
When you contact us by email or telephone and express interest in our services
When you subscribe to our newsletter
When you submit contact information on our website

All TeamWork servers are located in Norway and are hosted by Expectit AS.

Visits to our website

TeamWork does not use cookies or any form of web analytics or statistical tools on our websites.

Processing of Personal Data

Email

We use email to perform our work tasks. Emails we receive are deleted when they are no longer necessary for our daily operations. In practice, this means that such emails are generally not stored for more than approximately one year.

Email addresses may, with your consent, also be used for newsletters. The legal basis for processing your email address in connection with our newsletter is Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), i.e., consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.

Telephone

We do not log or store information about callers unless there is consent for further communication.

Web Tools

None of our web tools store personal data beyond name, telephone number, employer, and email address. This information is stored in a database on a server located in Norway. Only TeamWork has access to the information you provide, and it will not be shared with external parties.

All personal data is deleted after 12 months unless otherwise agreed.

Event Registration

In some cases, you may register for events, webinars, and courses via teamwork.no.

In such cases, we will request information such as name, contact details, and workplace. The purpose of collecting this information is to provide information to participants, administer and facilitate events, and prepare participant lists.

The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, which allows us to process data necessary to pursue a legitimate interest that outweighs the individual�s right to privacy. The legitimate interest is to ensure the proper execution of events.

Access to your data

You may request a copy of all personal data we process about you.

Correction of personal data

You may request that we correct or supplement inaccurate or misleading information.

Deletion of personal data

In certain situations, you can ask us to delete information about you.

If we process your data based on consent or a contract, you may request that we transfer your data to you or to another data controller.

Complaints regarding our processing of personal data
