Privacy Policy
Personal data is information that can be linked to you as an individual. This can include your name and contact information, but also a lot of other information that can be linked to you more indirectly. In this privacy statement, you can read about which personal data Teamwork is responsible for processing. It is important to us that you know what kind of personal data we process, so that you can safeguard your rights under data protection legislation.
Processing responsibility
TeamWork, through its CEO, is the data controller for all processing of personal data where we ourselves determine the purpose of the processing of the data and the means we use for this. In this privacy statement you can read more about the processing for which Teamwork is the data controller.

When does Teamwork collect personal information?
We mainly process information about you in the following cases:
- You have registered for Webinars, professional meetings or courses
- You use some of our WEB tools
- You have sent us an email or contacted us by phone and shown interest in our services
- You subscribe to our newsletter
- You have entered contact information on our website
All Teamworks servers are located in Norway, and hosted by Expectit AS.

Teamwork does not use cookies, or any form of web analysis or statistics tools in connection with our websites.
Processing of personal data
We use e-mail to perform our work tasks. E-mails we have received shall be deleted when they are no longer necessary for our daily task solving. In practice, this means that such e-mails should usually not be stored for longer than about one year.
E-mail addresses may also be used for newsletters with consent. The processing basis for the processing of your e-mail address in connection with our newsletter is Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter. The fact that you withdraw your consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data that occurred before you withdrew your consent.
Telephone
We do not keep a log or store information about who calls us, as long as there is no consent for further communication.
Web tools
None of our web tools store personal information beyond Name, telephone number, employer and email address. This information is stored in a database on a server located in Norway. Only TeamWork has access to the information you enter, and it will not be shared with outside companies.
All personal data is deleted after 12 months, unless otherwise agreed.
Event Registration
Sometimes it is possible to register for events, webinars and courses on teamwork.no.
When registering, we will ask for information such as name, contact information and place of work. The purpose of the information is to provide information to participants, administer and organize events and prepare participant lists for participants.
The basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, which allows us to process information that is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest that outweighs the individual's privacy. The legitimate interest is to conduct events in a good manner.
